Everything you might want to know before your first visit. Can’t find your answer? We’re only a phone call away.
Yes. Every new client has a consultation before any treatment. It’s where we assess your suitability, discuss your goals and medical history, explain your options honestly and answer your questions. For some treatments the consultation and treatment can take place on the same visit; for others we may ask you to return, so you have time to consider.
Most clients find our treatments very tolerable. Injectable treatments involve a fine needle and may cause brief, mild discomfort. Where appropriate we use ultra-fine needles, numbing cream or products containing a local anaesthetic to keep you comfortable. We’ll always talk you through what to expect beforehand.
It varies by treatment and by individual. As a guide, anti-wrinkle injections typically last around 3–4 months, while dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on the product and area. Skin treatments such as peels and microneedling are usually recommended as a course, with maintenance sessions to sustain results. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.
Many of our treatments have little to no downtime, and most clients return to their day as normal. You may experience temporary redness, mild swelling or small bruises around injection sites, which usually settle within a few hours to a few days. We’ll provide full aftercare advice and let you know what to expect for your specific treatment.
Natural, refreshed results are at the heart of our philosophy. We favour subtle enhancement that works with your features and never look to overfill or freeze. If we feel a request wouldn’t suit you or would look unnatural, we’ll say so and suggest a better approach. Our aim is that you look like you — just well-rested.
When performed by a trained professional following proper protocols, aesthetic treatments have a strong safety record. We carry out a full medical screening, use only regulated, premium products sourced through legitimate channels, and follow strict hygiene standards. As with any medical procedure there are potential risks and side effects, which we’ll explain in full so you can make an informed decision.
You must be 18 or over. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have certain medical conditions, allergies, active skin infections or are taking particular medications. This is exactly what the consultation is for — we’ll assess your individual circumstances and only proceed if it’s safe and appropriate for you.
Our guide prices are listed on the Pricing page, shown “from” as a starting point. Your exact cost depends on the treatment plan agreed at consultation, the products used and the number of areas treated. We’re always transparent about pricing before you commit — with no hidden fees.
Arrive with clean skin, free of heavy makeup where possible. For injectable treatments, it’s sensible to avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements (such as high-dose fish oil or vitamin E) for a day or two beforehand to reduce bruising, unless prescribed by your doctor. We’ll send you any specific pre-treatment advice when you book.
Simply complete our consultation request form or call us on {{PHONE}}. We’ll be in touch to arrange a time that suits you. A booking or consultation deposit may apply for certain appointments, which will be explained when you book.
